罗德承先生，本公司首席执行官，并为本公司多间附属公司之董事。罗先生于一九九六年加入本集团 ，并自一九九八年起担任执行董事。罗先生于二零一五年九月获委 任为本公司副首席执行官，并自二零一六年四月起担任首席执行官。罗先生过往于本集团曾担任关键职位，领导多个主要项目，带领本集团业务及营运之增长及发展。作为本公司首席执行官，罗先生负责带领本集团之整体管理以及业务及营运之策略规划及发展。罗先生持有Loughborough University of Technology电子工程学士学位、University of Surrey 鹨学物理硕士学位、伦敦大学医学物理博士学位及香港中文大学荣誉院士衔。
罗先生现为维他奶国际集团有限公司之非执行董事，其股份于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市。彼亦为香港零售管理协会之执委会成员。
罗先生乃本公司董事罗开光先生、罗碧灵女士、罗名承先生及陈裕光先生之亲属。罗先生为Wandels Investment Limited、Verdant SuccessHoldings Limited及Sky Bright InternationalLimited之董事，该等公司分别持有根据证券及期货条例第XV部须予披露之本公司股份权益。
Mr Lo Tak Shing, Peter, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a director of most subsidiaries of the Company. Mr Lo joinedthe Group in 1996 and has been an Executive Director since 1998. Mr Lowas appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company in September 2015 and has been the Chief Executive Officer since April 2016.Mr Lo has performed key functions with in the Group and led various majorprojects for the growth and development of the Group's business and operations. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr Lo leads theoverall management and strategic planning and development of the Group's businesses and operations. Mr Lo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering & Physics from the Loughborough University of Technology,a Master's Degree in Medical Physics from the University of Surrey, a Doctorate's Degree in Medical Physics from the University of London and anHonorary Fellow from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Mr Lo is currently a non-executive director of Vitasoy International HoldingsLimited, the shares of which are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of Hong Kong Retail Management Association.
Mr Lo is a relative of Mr Lo Hoi Kwong, Sunny, Ms Lo Pik Ling, Anita, MrLo Ming Shing, lan and Mr Chan Yue Kwong, Michael, all of whom are Directors of the Company. He is a director of Wandels Investment Limited,Verdant Success Holdings Limited and Sky Bright International Limited, eachof which has discloseable interests in the shares of the Company under theprovisions of Part XV of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
